possible ways

All sometime might be a particular group of people or animals living in a particular area. There is a big challenge when population grows while the resources remain fixer most of the conflict in Africa is due to lack of resources.                                                                                                                                               Example Sudan 2millions of people remain displaced due to the conflict between the northerners and southerner

·        Resource- is a supply of something that a country, an organization or a person has and can use, to especially increase their wealth.

               Examples of resources are natural gases, plants, sunlight, and coal, natural mineral, land and its motility e.g. iron.

                                                  

                                    The following are the possible ways                                                                                                                                                                                           Provision of education to the society; In case of providing enough education to the people about the potential resources the government of Tanzania should ensure her people benefit from the natural resources available within the country e.g. Gases, Land, and Forest etc

·        People are supposed to form different social organization; through the formation of social organization people will able to get the loans from various institution like government and non government institutions. These various social organizations will facilitate the people to acquire the help which will support them to conduct important activities like mining, Gases extracting etc.

·        Good government support; the government of Tanzania must ensure the help to her people in order to empower them in different ways on how to unitize and benefit from their natural resources. Always people they need to receive changes of development so as to ensure better life standard among them and that’s why through their natural resources people believe on it.

Provision of modern tools/equipments that will facilitate the activities; Example in extracting of minerals people they demand modern equipment which facilitates them in extracting of different minerals and gold. Also the government of Tanzania should invest her economy in agriculture by empowering the agriculturists to produce more productions. Also we know through the land people benefited by a lot of something include agriculture also people they want enough support of medicine, chemicals, tractors and large area of land so as to practice better agriculture for the national economy as well as for their families.

·        Provision of jobs opportunities in different national reserves; Infects, the better way it’s to involve by employing the local Tanzanians in various national reserves so as to increase their individual and national income at large.

·        People should given the priority change to participate in economic activities that involve the natural resources. Example in land, forest, gases extracting, mining extracting, national reserves and any other kind of economic activities that will bring the advantage among the people and the families.

·        Conclusively the all above are the ways which Tanzanians must uses in order to enjoyed for the natural resources.
