Challenges facing Tanzanian Entrepreneur
Lack of capital
Many Tanzanian find it difficulty to initialize business due to lack of initial capital, capacity limit of banks to offer loans, long loan procedures to access loans from banks and lack of collaterals required to validate ones ability to apply for loans.
Lack of entrepreneurship training
Most of the experts in Tanzanian have spirits and skills in entrepreneurship but due to high costs of training materials, funds for accommodation and traveling leads inadequate training.
Lack of entrepreneurship skills
Most of Tanzanian are uneducated and they lack skills on matters relating to entrepreurship. Their involvement in entrepreneurship may lead to a lot of risks so they opt not be involved.
Poor government policy, regulations and laws
Tanzanian government does not have clear policy on supporting entrepreneurs and helping them to build their potentials.
Culture and beliefs
In Tanzania we have a mixture of several religions each with its beliefs for example if an entrepreneur decides to invest in keeping pigs it is acceptable to Muslims. These always result into a narrowed market to some business opportunities.

UMASIKINI




Umaskini ni hali ya ukosefu wa mahitaji ya msingi ya Binaadamu kama vile chakula,mavazi,huduma za afya,maji safi na makazi.
Umaskini unajihusisha hasa na sababu zinazojihusisha kiwango cha chini cha Uzalishaji kwa watu maskini.
Ni kweli uongozi mbaya na watu wa tabaka la juu ni kikwazo kikubwa kwa watu na familia maskini.
Kundi hili huwa halina sauti na wanakosa kujaliwa na wenye vipato vya juu.Ninahe mama Salma katika kijiji cha mbozi mkoani mbeyambae yeye amekumbwa na tatizo la umasikini ana haya ya kusema                                        Lakini vilevile kutokuwepo kwa Uhuru wa Kiuchumi ni tatizo kwa wajasiriamali miongoni mwa watu maskini.
Ni huohuo umaskini unaosababisha afya duni,ukosefu wa elimu pamoja na ukosefu wa chakula. Hivi vyote ni vitu muhimu kuvipata,kwa mfano tatizo la ukosefu wa elimu limekuwa ni moja ya ongezeko la matumizi ya madawa ya kulevya.
Vijana wake kwa waume hujiingiza katika vikundi viovu vya uvutaji Sigara,Bangi,Kokeni na kujidunga Sindano.
Haya yote hutokea pale vijana kuwa hawana shughuli za kufanya ambazo zitawaingizia kipato katika maisha yao.
Uchunguzi umedhihirisha ya kuwa watoto watoto wanaotoka katika familia au jamii maskini wanakabiliwa na tishio kubwa la kutofanya vyema katika masomo yao.




TATIZO WA ELIMU TANZANIA


Mfumo wa elimu bado ni tatizo ,mfumo huu uliopo haumfanyi au kumfundisha mwanafunzi kuweza kufanya kazi bila ya kuajiriwa.
Mfumo bora wa elimu ni ule unaowapa wanafunzi mbinu za kufanya kazi hata kama wamekosa ajira wawe wabunifu kutafuta ufumbuzi wa kujiajiri wenyewe.
Mbali na hayo maisha ya shuleni kumekuwa na changamoto nyingi kama ukosefu wa waalimu wa kutosha.
Waalimu wengi wamekuwa wakijibebesha masomo ambayo hawana uwezo nayo pamoja na kufundisha masomo yasiyopungua matatu.
Hali hii inawafanya wanafunzi kushindwa kuelewa na kufahamu yale masomo ambayo hayana waalimu wenye sifa.
Kutokana na hali hiyo pia inaonyesha kwamba waalimu wengi licha ya kuwa na changamoto zinazowakabili wao wenyewe ila hawana uelewa wa kutosha kuhusiana na masomo yanayofundishwa kwa lugha ya kiingereza.
Kwa hivyo hilo pia ni miongoni mwa matatizo ya kufeli kwa wanafunzi.
Lakini mbali na hayo kumekua na tatizo la Ufisadi wa kuhujumu kiwango cha elimu nchini.
Hujuma hizi ziko katika Wizara nzima ya Elimu na Mafunzo ya Ufundi ambapo huleta ubaguzi wa kitabaka na kidini.
Ubaguzi huu hutumiwa katika chombo cha Baraza la Mitihani La Taifa.
Chombo hichi hutumia nafasi yake kinyume na sheria na taratibu za umma.
Wanafunzi wengi hupunguziwa viwango vya ufaulu na kufelishwa kwasababu ya ubaguzi wa kitabaka,kijinsia na kidini.
Utabaka huo umeaza tangu kabla ya Uhuru na bado mpaka sasa upo katika sekta zote.
Kabla ya Uhuru elimu ilitolewa kwa kuzingatia matabaka hasa tabaka la rangi na wenye fedha ambapo mwaafrika(mtu maskini) alikuwa daraja la mwisho kupata elimu.
Takwimu kutoka Wizara ya Elimu inaonyesha kuwa Wazungu(matajiri) hawakusomesha watoto wao hapa nchini bali walipelekwa nje.
Hili limebainishwa na hata Waaziri wa Elimu wa sasa Mh.Shukuru Kawambwa wakati akitoa taarifa ya sekta ya Elimu nchini wakati wa maadhimisho ya miaka 50 ya Uhuru kwenye viwanja vya Mnazi Mmoja Dar Es Salaam.
Kwa hivyo tunagundua yakuwa hizi ni njama za viongozi wetu na watu wenye fedha kuwadumaza kielimu wananchi kwani maafa na athari za kukosa elimu kwa watoto wao zinaepukika kwasababu watoto wao wanasomeshwa nje ya nchi,na inaonyesha ndiyo hizohizo pesa zetu za kodi wanazosomeshea watoto wao nje ya nchi.
Ufaulu wa wanafunzi wa kidato cha nne umekuwa mbovu na wakutisha katika miaka 2010-2012.
Mwaka 2010 Wanafunzi 354042 waliofanya mtihani wa Taifa kidato cha nne,wanafunzi 117,021 walipata daraja sifuri sawa na asilimia 50% ya watahiniwa wote.
Wanafunzi 136,633 ambao ni asilimia 38.6% walipata daraja la nne na kufanya asilimia 88.6% ya watahiniwa wote kupata daraja la nne na sifuri.
Ni wanafunzi 15335 sawa na asilimia 4.3% ndio waliopata daraja la kwanza,pili na tatu.

5 Examples of Ethical Dilemmas Nurses Face and How to Approach Them

Ethical dilemmas are something that goes hand-in-hand with being a nurse or even a doctor. The patient unit is far more complex than simply caring for patients. As we see in hospice, the patient unit is extended to include the patients’ family. An ethical dilemma is generally a problem that has no right answer, wrong answer or sometimes there is not even resolution.
Suicide
The argument rages even today about whether or not people have the right to die when they choose to die. Most of the time, these patients are terminal and realize that their quality of life is declining faster than the progression of their disease. Do patients who are terminal and suffering have the right to die through assisted suicide? Nursing is about promoting quality care and saving lives through resources and our own caring capacity for other people. How should nurses approach the topic of assisted suicide?
The Right to say No
In the United States, we have always been granted the freedom of choice, but what happens when our choices impact our health or even endanger our own life. Anorexia is a common eating disorder where patients consume so little resources that the body begins to consume itself. How should nurses deal with an anorexic patient that will not eat? What if the patient is not anorexic, but just terminal and decides that they no long want to live? Do we have the right as health practitioners to override the right of free choice?
Lying to Patients
It is not uncommon for a family member to demand that their loved one not be told they have a terminal illness. It is equally tempting for healthcare professionals to embellish reality by telling a patient that they are worse off than they truly are. How do we deal with alcoholism and substance abuse when the patient is a chronic addict? We know that eventually their addiction will kill them in one form or another, but should we lead them to believe that they are dying now? Even if the motivation behind the lie is for the “good” of the patient?
Utilization of Resources
Resources are defined as tools used to provide patient care. Those tools include bed space, government reimbursements, funding, etc. How should nurses approach ethical dilemma when patients are utilizing resources that might be better used on another patient or population of patients. The example for this dilemma would be a patient that has no brain function, is on life support and has been for several years. Is there an argument that would allow the resources being used on this patient to end? How would the nurse deal with the family of this patient?
Empirical Knowledge and Personal Belief
This is not such an uncommon encounter any more in nursing. The world is changing, and with that change, we see new doctrine, philosophies, religions that are quite different from our own beliefs. One common issues results in religious beliefs and blood transfusions. How should a nurse handle a patient who will die without a blood transfusion, but refuses the transfusion based on religious belief? If the patient is of sound mind, do they not have the right to refuse service?
Ethical dilemmas are faced every day, and those that are listed here are only a partial list of what nurses face while providing patient care. There is no easy answer to any of these dilemmas and ethics course are full of helpful advice, but no real answers. Almost every dilemma in healthcare comes down to the patients’ right to choose their own quality of life. It is difficult to accept that sometimes, but our jobs are to provide the best information that we can so that the patient or family can make an informed decision about how to proceed with care. We may not like the result, but that is not our job. Our job as nurses is to provide the best care possible and sometimes that is simply allowing a patient the dignity to die.
